Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. We will only offer exchange on faulty or broken items. In case the broken item couldn’t been replaced (such as items with unique stones) you will be offered the refund or the coupon on the same amount of the purchase, which you can spend in our shop on other items.

An email must be emailed to us at info@dariasergienko.com within 24 hours of product delivery, with a proof photo of the damages. Then must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

Unclaimed packages are not eligible for a refund.

We cannot accept returns that have been worn or used. Custom design jewelry is not subject to returns or exchanges due to its unique nature.

No shipping costs or Route insurance fees of returns are refunded or credited. In the event that the above return guidelines are not properly followed, Daria Sergienko Jewelry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.

Money returns or exchange may take up to 3 business days to be processed after we receive returned package.
